This season we are asking 8 & Under families to let us know if they are interested in their child playing on the Travel or In-House Team.

We recognize at this age and with the vast age range and abilities at this young level that families are looking for different levels of commitment. This is new and evolving but we want to create the best season and playing experience for every child.

In-House players will participate in the same practices as the Travel team that occur at the same time (although we understand if you can't make it to all of them), In-house players will scrimmage against each other at home on the weekend in a cross ice format. They will also have the opportunity to participate in any home Jams (mini games) we host against other teams.

Travel players will participate in the same practices as the In-house players, will participate in in-house scrimmages when they do not have Jams (mini-games) scheduled at other organizations. This will require more travel but will follow the USA hockey ADM model of recommended jams/games at this level. 

IF you pick one and feel your child is or is not ready for a different level of play you may switch after discussing with the coaching staff. The goal at the end of the day is to not make any families or players feel that there is more commitment than they are ready for and to allow families who are ready for that next level that will prepare the players for the 10&under level to do so.
