Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Island City Showdown

No refunds.

Island City Showdown Peewee

Teams that withdraw 30 or more days before the tournament will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made within 30 days of the tournament start date

ISLAND CITY SHOWDOWN U8 BLUE

REFUND POLICY 30 days prior to tournament- full refund minus $100.00 administration fee. Less than 15 days before the tournament: No refund (all fees are non-refundable).

Island city Showdown U8 White

More than 30 days before the tournament: Full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Less than 15 days before the tournament: No refund (all fees are non-refundable).

Island City Showdown- Squirts

Teams that withdraw 30 or more days before the tournament will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals made within 30 days of the tournament start date.

Learn to Skate/Play

Full refunds are available up to 1 week after the program start date. After that time, refunds or credits will only be considered for injuries or other extenuating circumstances as determined by the Hockey Board. An optional insurance plan is available through CrossBar; however, CrossBar platform and processing fees are non-refundable.

Youth Hockey 6U-14U

Full refunds are available up to one week before the program start date. After that time, refunds or credits will only be considered for injuries or other extenuating circumstances as determined by the Hockey Board. An optional insurance plan is available through CrossBar; however, CrossBar platform and processing fees are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding, as ice time, staffing, and jerseys are planned based on registered participants.
